Food was delicious and seasoning on point. We had the J*** Chicken with rice and peas and salad. We also had the j*** chicken rotti and everything was delicious. We would definitely try this place again when we're down in the Miami area.
The neighborhood my office is in in Miami Shores is seriously lacking in good mom and pop places but B & M is my light in the darkness. It's a small grocery store with tons of Caribbean centric ingredients, I love going through the aisles and checking out the unique spices. I order my food right at the front counter and always get the curry goat with rice and peas. I'm obsessed with it, it is always so good. I go here every time i come to florida no matter how far out i am and it's worth it every time i just went in July ordered plantains and curried goat and when i tell you that food felt like home mind you I'm Nigerian so it was just something about the food that was so filling and nostalgic. And it's a lot of food so no need to go overboard!
