The staff are wonderful and a nice e atmosphere.Sadly the food lets them down.The breakfasts whether cooked to order or the buffet are great but the evening meals are a let down. First of all, our waiter Joselito was extremely pleasant and amazing. Our chef, Sergio Medina was out of this world we had the ribs, the scallops, the seafood fettuccine and the chicken piccata always amazing. Sergio is one of the best chefs we've ever encountered. His food is exquisite and we are on the road at least 8 months out of the year driving Entertainers. This excellent restaurant puts Hell's kitchen to Shame. Typical hotel food. Get the American breakfast buffet for $28pp. Everything else a la carte is what you would expect if you ordered room service - microwaved food on big white plates.
