Manager is very disrespectful when it comes to correcting your order.

Burger King's location on NW 27th Avenue and 36th Street in Miami has seen improvements in recent months. One customer appreciated the cleanliness of the restaurant and highlighted an employee named Lionis for his excellent customer service, noting he was polite and helpful in choosing an order. While there were previous concerns about food handling, including an employee using a personal cell phone, current feedback suggests positive changes. Another customer reported that the food is now hot and fresh, with great customer service and a 24-hour drive-thru for late-night cravings. The Italian Chicken Sandwich, fries, and drinks continue to be popular choices. The restaurant also offers a spacious parking lot, is kid-friendly, and provides wheelchair accessibility for those with disabilities. Overall, the attention to food safety and customer service seems to be improving.
