I was helped by Riaz uncle one evening, and this establishment had such a nostalgic feeling. While a chain, I was treated with such care and generosity that could only come from a dear friend or close family member. That warmth, combined with the Miami air and cool ice cream, made for a fantastic evening. I recommend this Carvel to all my friends and family. In a world where everything moves fast, this carvel is worth slowing down for. Can’t wait to come again!
As a born and raised Kendall native, this is not just the best carvel in town but in all of miami!! Great location and customer service was absolutely exceptional where I feel a part of the carvel family and nobody can convince me otherwise. I will always be a loyal and lifelong customer of this carvel till the day I die!!
I called on short notice for an ice cream cake and was told on the phone that I could come down and get one to be personalized. The gentleman helped me pick one from several in their display freezer and within 10 minutes of arrival (at 5PM on a Friday), I was out the door with a medium ice cream sheet cake that was just right. Used the next day, it was enjoyed by all, my wife and I included. Thanks for the good value and professional service!
