The waitress returned with their starters: golden-brown plantains, gleaming with oil and dusted with spices. Ceviche with diced mango and avocado. Fried cassava. Azalea ate. Great service and amazing caviar! We went here on Christmas Eve to celebrate that we just got married. They were about to close down but opened up for us. Thank you for the great service and for letting us stay! We will definitely revisit next time we are in Miami!

This place. I don't know where to begin. If you've been into caviar all your life: perfect for you! If you're "new" to it: perfect for you! Everyone is so helpful and on their game. Between having caviar the traditional way or having the amazing dishes that use caviar as a complimenting ingredient, it's just incredible.
