The waitress returned with their starters: golden-brown plantains, gleaming with oil and dusted with spices. Ceviche with diced mango and avocado. Fried cassava. Azalea ate. As the tangerine sky dissolved into lavender and mazarine blue, Robert watched, breath briefly suspended, as Azalea swallowed her inaugural forkful of yucca frita. The fork caught a sunbeam and the streak of reflected light blinded Robert. His vision blurred and as it cleared and sharpened he worried that it might reveal the truth, that Azalea was not eating, but she was eating. She was eating with gusto.

Great service and amazing caviar! We went here on Christmas Eve to celebrate that we just got married. They were about to close down but opened up for us. Thank you for the great service and for letting us stay! We will definitely revisit next time we are in Miami!

This place. I don't know where to begin. If you've been into caviar all your life: perfect for you! If you're "new" to it: perfect for you! Everyone is so helpful and on their game. Between having caviar the traditional way or having the amazing dishes that use caviar as a complimenting ingredient, it's just incredible. I mean, even a crème brûlée had the right touch of caviar to make you rethink what a dessert should be. Just keep in mind that it's an intimate setting in a small place with very few people. In case you're considering coming here for a special occasion with a special person. I just want to make sure you know that everything was perfect-- no exaggeration.

They have a stunning selection of caviars (which are also available to take away from the store in Four Seaons) Our favorite is the Gold Osetra served with Billecart Rose. On our last visit the chef was kind enough to bring us a sample of a new dish he was preparing which was a beautiful king crab stack with caviar and it was exceptional. The tasting menu is fantastic.
