Chez Le Bebe Reviews
Haitian food - but Caribbean food in general - is quite underrated. Their fish was exceptional. Very hospitable folks as well. Perhaps a trip to the Caribbean is in order. 🧏🏻♂

Chez Le Bebe is a renowned Haitian restaurant in Miami, known for its delectable griot, a dish featuring crispy, juicy, and well-seasoned pork shoulder. The restaurant has been a local favorite since 2014, attracting long lines of customers eager to savor the authentic Haitian cuisine.
The menu offers a variety of options, including the popular griot konplé, which combines the fried pork with a mound of rice and beans (diri kole). Reviewers praise the griot for its perfect texture, bursting with flavor, and the generous serving size that could easily feed multiple people.
While the food receives high praise, some customers note that the restaurant's atmosphere could use some improvements, such as better ventilation or air conditioning. Overall, Chez Le Bebe is a go-to destination for those seeking a taste of authentic and delicious Haitian cuisine in Miami.
