I've given this Chipotle in Midtown plenty of chances, but this has become a recurring issue. About 3 out of 5 times I come here around 6:00 PM, I'm told they're out of steak. This time, I asked the older woman at the counter if more steak would be coming out, and she told me no—that the only steak available was for online orders.

The General manager Rodovaldo is the most gracious and caring supervisor i have ever met. He makes me feel taken care of every time I come in..the food is great. If there ever is an issue with the food, you can bet that this man will find the right solution and fast. Chipotle should feel grateful to have him working for this location.
The food is just like every other chipotle but the staff is really nice and they try very hard with a difficult crowd. To be honest, I don't know how they deal with such RUDE CUSTOMERS. They deserve a raise
