Service could be better here! Your CEO said to ask for more and I was charged more for chicken when there was half a scoop left! When the containers are out of food, it's were out of this instead of were making more it'll be a few minutes! This is overpriced food in 2026 and we should expect to have friendly service. If I need veggies, I should get it instead of we have nothing! I will wait 3 minutes for it! I don't understand why you need to be so rude when you should have filled...read full review

Chipotle Mexican Grill at the 87 avenue location offers great food and service. The staff is amazing and the employees are even better, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The manager is professional, kind and always greats customers with a smile. Portions are actually correct and full. Overall, the restaurant provides consistently incredible food with fresh ingredients, accompanied by excellent customer service. This Chipotle is CLEAN and well rounded.
