I really wanted to give it a 5 star because the first experience we had last weekend was absolutely amazing, great server, clean theatre, quick service. It was so good that we decided to return again yesterday, this time with our children to see Moana. I have to say, what a completely different experience we had this time around. It was a nice place to eat and watch a movie. Some people were being very demanding and it was not nice that the servers and managers were being called disrupting us watching the movie. We ordered a nacho and I thought it was large and not too expensive for what they served. Make sure u get there early and eat once the movie starts, you cant see anything.
Before the movie begins the servers are receptive and quick with service, but as soon as the movie starts it’s impossible to get their attention or service even by means of pressing the button on the chairs. I pressed the button and waited for a solid half hour before I decided to take matters in my own hands and go to the bar myself to get another drink because they simply wouldn’t come.
