Our wedding cake came out beautiful and delicious. We chose the classic vanilla rum with buttercream frosting and it did not disappoint! During the tasting, they were very generous as well and had each cake flavor available to try. Shoutout to Sandra who was patient as well while we decided on the design and flavor.
I used to come to this bakery all the time in college to get their cupcakes! I've always loved this bakery and was excited when I found out my wedding venue partners with them for the wedding cake. I booked an appointment to come after my food tasting at the wedding venue. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating knowing that I was only in town for the weekend and on a time constraint. She was able to fit me in. Edda's cake is truly a Miami staple. I have been having Eddas cake for as long as I can remember. For my boyfriend's birthday recently I ordered a custom birthday cake.
