They call 'ready' orders by name, chaos! People waiting a while don't hear their name called. Ice coffee was good. Service kind of slow. Did not order two eggs on our bagels but we got and paid for two eggs on her bagels.
My girlfriend and I got breakfast here about a month ago and everyone from the manager (Mary) to her workers (Juliana) and the rest of her crew were nothing but super helpful AND so friendly and cheery while doing their jobs that my girlfriend and I were talking about our experience with them the rest of the day. It wasn't simply just about the outstanding service or the very good bagel and coffee, it was how they went about their jobs and how they interacted with not only...
