To begin I called this place to make an order to pick up and they hang up the phone . I called back and phone was busy . I ended going To the restaurant to place an order and I waited for 15 minutes in front of the cashiers and they never said anything to me . Then a guy who works there came to me and asked me what I was going to order and when I told him he told ok but I’ll let you know now that It will take a long time For your order like if he didn’t want me To order. The food was very underwhelming. The bbq ribs didn’t even have bbq sauce, the chicken was melting off, the sausage is cold, the tacos barely have any meat, the fries are soggy, and the cheese sticks tastes microwaved. My plate came early, but my mother’s plate took one hour to come. The music is pretty good, and the mood is lovely. Overall, I wouldn’t come here again.
Genesis was super attentive and took care of my friends and I the entire time we were there, excellent customer service will be dining here again
