Worst customer service I’ve experienced. From the moment you walk through the door, the front desk staff greets you with an unfriendly attitude and looks at you as if you’re bothering them. They were rude, unprofessional, and made no effort to address my concerns or provide assistance. I expected much better and definitely won’t be coming back.
I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The overall atmosphere made me feel undervalued and unwelcome. The front desk staff member—who is pictured in one of the prior reviews—was particularly rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy.

Rude employees, lack of information, terrible assistance. All of this people just first take a class on how to deal with the public before they are allowed to work in field of work.
