I have eaten at 2 of Fritanga Monimbo's locations multiple times and the food is always excellent! I am especially obsessed with the Queso Frito and absolutely love their Gallo Pinto!
The fritanga of fritangas. Food was delicious. When I'm in Miami it's always a spot to go. Even if it's take out and I eat it two days later.
The best carne asada in town. I usually cater this for my son's birthday parties and it is a hit, Everytime. And at least once a month I eat here. Love this place, I have tried other fritanga Places but nothing compares to Monimbo. Been a loyal customer since 2010 and counting.
