This place gets a 5 because it's sticks strictly to it's identity. It is a haitian counter with no where to eat..but clean . It's is inexpensive and the customer service is friendly as the dishes were explained. This restaurant takes the most inexpensive cuts of meat and makes it five star.I had the stewed turkey necks with the rice n beans. The rice n beans is VERY well executed you forgive them for the five pieces of meat u get. On one hand, it's ten dollars so not that expensive....read full review
