There are very few vegan options on MIA airport, especially terminal J. The bulgur chickpea wrap isn't great (lettuce, chickpeas, bulgur, and tons of oil but not much flavor) but has calories which I appreciated. Also had a "vegan veggies" soup which wasn't awful (salty overcooked carrots, potato, and spinach) and I was grateful it was labeled vegan. Not a great meal but beat eating pretzels or fries or something and points for using the word vegan!

Excellent place to enjoy a good coffee while waiting for your flight. The friendliness of the staff is one of the best, especially Narvaez and Yolanda. I really recommend it. Don't leave Miami without ordering their delicious croquettes and coladita. See you soon.
