If you want a true Cuban experience this is the place. Wait staff was excellent
While I agree that the prices could be better. I want to bring to the front the amazing service I did get here by Peggy. She was a bright spot in an otherwise hectic day at the airport. In the middle of all the chaos, she was so caring and attentive, the kind of genuine warmth that really stands out. She took the time to make sure everything was taken care of, and you could tell she truly cares about the people she’s helping. Excellent service from an excellent team member....read full review
I have traveled in more than 100 countries and the service I received was one of the worse I’ve had. Had a hard time to remove the imposed and automatic 18% service fee and the lady serving even threatened to call security!
