I was greeted by Miguel , who was amazing. Great energy, knowledgeable. I got one of their protein smoothies, peanut lover to be exact. Was delicious , and it helped along with my caloric / protein goals for the day.

Definitely would 100% recommend, even if you just want a great smoothie. They also had protein bowls and different specials , but that is for next time!“

I have never had anything bad from here, I definitely recommend the donuts and protein waffles. The protein donuts are 20/10 I have never tasted donuts that have protein in them taste so good. “I live nearby and finally stopped in to check out Lifestyle Catering, and I’m so glad I did! The chicken vaca frita was delicious, and the turkey meatballs were just as good. Portions are generous, and I really appreciate that the containers list the ingredients and calories. I tried the sweet potatoes and baked sweet plantains on the side, and both were amazing. The place is spotless, and I enjoyed meeting the owner. This will definitely be my go-to spot for healthy meals!“

“This is the best meal service I’ve experienced in terms of taste. We haven’t subscribed because we do cook often, but when we need a break we go to the store in Wynwood and pickup some meals. We have liked every meal. I’m not saying they use the best in terms of ingredients because I don’t know that, but it seems Good. I haven’t seen anything packaged as organic, but the meals are packaged to cover a variety of diets like Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, Regular, etc.“
