Imperial Grill is a family-owned business, a food truck on the side of the street near the airport with a nice little outside sit-down area. The vibe is cozy. The food is delicious Latin and Brazilian street-food style, absolutely top-notch and exceptional. The fillet mignon, picaña, tostones, avocado salad, gallo pinto (Cuban rice), Costillas de Cordero (lamb chops), and the 1 pound meal are all must-try items, cooked to perfection with awesome sauce like chimichurri. Portions are generous. The service is super friendly, amazing, and exceptional, making you feel right at home. It is worth it and they earned their stars.
