“Quality ingredients. Great customer service. I do agree with some of the reviews stating that it's a little overpriced, but you pay for what you get - Subs are always stacked and taste fresh. Definitely recommend the original Italian, club, and the Philly cheese steak. Shout out to the staff!“

“We have been coming to South Kendall Square Jersey Mikes since it opened. We have always received great, fresh food and amazing service. In fact, they remember us and always make us feel so welcome. Today when we walked in to pick up subs, we shared that we wanted to buy a sandwich for a gentleman who is homeless and is around the area.
Matt shared he knew him and that he’s been in the shop before and remembered what he liked to order- Mike’s Philly cheese steak.
We ordered the sub and a Gatorade and heard the staff speak very kindly of the gentleman.
When I went to pay, “Matt said please let this be on me (us)- we always want to find ways to give back and it is an honor to do so.”

Jersey Miles already had our loyalty for their great subs and service, but now they will forever have our loyalty for what they are all about. What an honor to have you as part of our community making us better every single day.

“These guys always make me the perfect sub. Fresh ingredients and they don't skimp on them either. I always leave full and satisfied. Very friendly also and always smiling. Great place to go for a sandwich if you're sick of all the other routine places.“

“I'm never going back to Publix! I'm so tired of waiting in line. They're always out of something. And when I order ahead half the time it's not ready or it disappeared.So I went looking for another good sub place for lunch that makes the subs from scratch and has good online ordering. Very happy I find Jersey Mike's. The sub was ready on time fresh hot and delicious.I ordered the meatless portobello mushroom to test how well they could make a hot sandwich fresh. The Swiss cheese was delicious and melted perfectly and the vegetables were seared perfectly.Next time I'll ask for a double shot of the juice to give it a little bit more flavor and salt.I would suggest having a vegan cheese option in the future for a perfect vegan sub!I'm only a vegetarian because that Swiss cheese was delicious!“

“Delicious sandwiches here. The service was fast and friendly. I did struggle on more than one occasion with understanding the employees— they were rushing and talking so fast it was a real chore to get my sandwich ordered and paid for. Otherwise I’m very happy with the experience and would return.“
