And I can definitely say that each plate that they create is an art in itself, each plate is either a time capsule that takes me back to my childhood in every bite, or a time machine that could make me see the vision of the future I have always wanted to do. Thanks to Igor and Uros for helping us understand what we were eating and explaining the history of the wine we were drinking. Every item on this Evolution brunch tasting was unforgettable.
