I want to leave here my review, due the excellent service of Nora, she is very nice ,she served to us more than I expected very nice experience. The food was good, but the services was even better thanks to Nora.
La carreta has been a staple of Latin culture for over 50 years. Their entrees have an authentic Cuban flavor. The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly and professional. The prices are extremely reasonable and the portions are plentiful. ?
I had the pork lechon entre with 2 sides. The pork was juicy, and yuca was good, not too mushy or dry. I had tostones as a second side, and they were a little dry and overcooked, but we're seasoned. The only negative thing I would say is that they didn't speak any English, and I'm American, so there's definitely a language barrier there. My husband's Latin, so he translated. He had a Cuban sandwich and didn't care for the processed ham on the sandwich....
