I want to be a fan, and I keep giving them a chance, but they always forget something or make mistakes. Today I asked for a cup of ice and a mediterranean bowl. They forgot about the ice and I had to remind them. Then I got home with my mediterranean bowl, it had no chicken, and when I called they said it was their fault for forgetting to ask if I wanted a protein added. But they didn’t offer any solution, no refund or exchange for my bowl that has no protein.

Unfortunately my other visits have been similar. I once asked if they had fresh orange juice, they said yes, and then when I ordered it they said they didn’t have enough to actually serve to customers. I’m still not really sure what that means, but that’s just one additional example of the type of experience I consistently have here.

Hopefully the service improves so I can come back because the food is actually good

We had a great time with AMAZING coffee. They brought toys for my toddler and the food was incredible as well. Loved the vibes and the ladies there were so nice.

Interesting location next to I think Christian Pulisic-funded youth football fields. The coffee is decent, classic roasted flavors.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Miami. Great food. Delicious coffee. Attentive and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience. I visited while on a flight layover and so glad I did. Great atmosphere, very hospitable staff, the best coffee, and delicious menu items. I enjoyed speaking with the owner and hearing the story of Macondo. Whether you need a refreshment or engaging with a study group this place is excellent.
