If I could give this place no stars believe me I would. Items iny order was missing. The cashier tooknmy order wrong he didn't care. The servers and manager had an attitude. I ordered a larger fry it was sreved as a medium size. I went in and told them that I purchased a large fry the manager only added hot fries on top of the cold fries half box fries. In all my years of use to working at McDonald's once you give the customer the food and the order is in correct they have no choice but to give freshly made food and the customer still keeps the incorrect food. This place remodel the building but not their staff. It's still the same nasty low down McDonald's on the map in Miami Gardens. DO NOT WASTE GAS, TIME, OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION AT ALL YOUR STOMACH WILL THANK YOU!!!

This is the worst McDonald's ever. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, very rude , slow, the restaurant stinks inside. This location only hires Haitians that kinda speaks English, which makes it hard to communicate. By the way, they made me wait 17mins for a coffee that I mobile ordered before I came inside. Unacceptable! WORST MCDONALD'S IN MIAMI!! THE INCOMPETENTS IS UNREAL!

we came here at 1:00am yes i understand that it is late and workers are tired but more than half the menu was not available and the staff was extremely unfriendly i never leave bad reviews but honestly it was so stressful to order and receive our food

Drive through was packed. I walk in order may food .I waited and waited. They were give the people they ordered after me. When to cashier she was very help. She to see what is going on. I waited and again waited. Omg ridiculous. After 15 ,20 minutes I finally get my food . All that time, I did Not get my apple pie ? ? ?

I walked into this place to order two happy meals for my great grand children, and a black cashier asked me to come down to the register, but I didn't hear that. I thought she asked me to sign in to the kiosk, so my response was that I don't want to used that, but instead of her saying ma'am please come to this rigister. She immediately became aggressive,and said In a harsh tone of voice. "Ma'am what are you talking about." And so I was trying to place the order, and I thought she said that she was not taking my order, because she was of Haitian decend, and she was talking, so rudley to me, so I said" I'm going to call customer service, because you refuse to take my order.". So now here come this young punk jumping into the conversation, by responding. "That is not what she said, and he was Haitian too. So she politely looked over me and took the young punk's order, and walked away. I said that I'm going to call customer service, but she didn't care, I asked for a manger, and a nice cashier said she the manger, so I immediately started grasping for air, because I couldn't believe that she was a manager and has a vad behavior. The nice cashier took my order. I was so horrified by a manager was down right nasty too me in front of children.i then asked her for her name, but she totally ignored me. Last month I ordered the same thing, and I had the great grand children with me, and I'm thanking God that they were not with me. And then the young punk had the audacity to try, and video, and I pulled out my phone and said that I will call the police and so he turned off his phone. And my response was. Mind your business.
