“small place. service is awkward. seems maybe its family run except for one server which was trying her hardest to keep people happy.the food was fine. asked for spicy, got mild. okay, maybe too many people order in error. fine, i'll work with it.had the coconut curry chicken, samosas, rice, and nan. food was great except for lack of spice which i specifically asked for.the fail here is the operation and not the waitress. seems theres some lack of communication from waitress to kitchen. not rude, just random illcommunication between staff. something is broken on the backend of this operation.“
“Local Israeli restaurant that executes authentic flavorful dishes without any extra flare. The food was great, very flavourful and well presented. The menu has plenty of reasons to return multiple times. The servers are wonderful, attentive and quick to help with recommendations. There is plenty of parking in the front and around the corner. This is a place highly recommended and will definitely return soon.“
“The food was amazing. So fresh! The portions were just right and the flavor was through the roof. The family that runs this place was so nice. They turned great food into a memorable experience! If you’re in the area you have to try them out.“
“Best food truck in Miami, no doubt. Great service, great food, great location. El Ammar is a must try in Miami with their expertly seasoned meats and friendly service, every bite is a flavor-packed delight (very filling also). Whether you're a shawarma enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this gem will leave you craving more. Stop by and treat yourself to a taste sensation!“
“Although my husband and I have been there many times and everything (food, service and atmosphere) has been EXCELLENT, today we did takeout. Celebrating my mom's 87th birthday, my sister picked up a big order for our family and it was all SCRUMPTIOUS. We had a few combo platters, a few kibbe platters and a deliciously fresh and crisp Greek salad. It was all great! My mom enjoyed it thoroughly. Thank you, Aladdin!“
“Im so glad I found this little market! They have a great variety of spices, sweets, and other food goods that are difficult to come by. The owner is extremely kind an helpful, he made our experience in his shop truly delightful. I would highly recommend chia king this place out!“
“The food in the cafe is great- fresh and tasty, but the poor service really dampens the experience. There was about a dozen unmotivated workers behind the counter standing around chatting and ignoring the line of customers waiting to order. When someone eventually acknowledge you, they take an extremely long time to put the order together, while the rest watch. Much room for improvement!“
“Came for a quick dinner and got the Chicken Caesar Shawarma wrap. So tasty and fresh, love the soft wrap, grilled chicken, and fresh romaine combo. I wish the baklava was a little more buttery, but it's good for a quick bite. Will definitely be back to try more!“
“Nice, friendly, welcoming owners. You can find Middle East and Turkish products there. They also have the part of the store as a restaurant, the food they have is fresh middle east food but some of them taste exactly the same like Turkish food(Stuffing pepper, grape leaves, rice, red lentil soup). We ate two plate and got full very easily and the price we paid for two plates was less than 30$.“
“The food is always, always good. I get the chicken platter with the lettuce and hummus ??+ that garlic butter and pita ?please. I’m devastated having moved away from the location that I can’t go back and get food from here and haven’t been able to find anything like it 15/10⭐️“
“My favorite middle eastern restaurant in miami. I got a falafel sandwich that was delicious. I also got a side of stuffed cabbage stuffed grape leaves and stuffed arrichokes. The stuffed artichoke hearts were interesting, i havent had these at a middle eastern place, before, they were stuffed with ground beef i think and were tasty. The stuffed cabbage was ok but the stuffed grape leaves were delicious, they tasted unique and you can gell theh were homemade, they had rice and spices inside i dont remember if there was meat. The green hot chili sauce was super delicious and hot too, it tasted a little like the indian pickles . I wanna come back and try the lamb shwarma, hummus and nany other things. Ita inside of a market where you can buy all kinds of great middle eastern products. Prices are very good too. Highly recommended to anyone who likes middle eastern food when youre in miami.“
“Amazing spot with beautiful Greek indoors and great service. Must check it out if in coral gables. I am in love with their Turkish flatbread and the babka pudding! Get a reservation because it's tough to get a table when you walk in. You can probably skip the chicken shawarma and try something else - it wasn't that flavorful.“
