I attempted to resolve an issue directly with this business privately.

I was told I would receive a response within 48–72 hours, but it has now been over 72 hours and I have not received any follow-up.

The lack of communication and accountability is concerning.

The service is not what you can expect from this location they could do better if they care for their customers. in the end, they're the ones who pay everyone's salaries. If you suffer from any medical condition, for example like epilepsy, migraines don't expect they would treat you with respect or at least care for your condition if you request to turn off the strobe lights some other business would do it, This one is not one of those also the community LGBT is not welcome here...read full review
