“This Panera is always busy, though not so much to make it full. Seating is always available, the outside seats always go first bc of So.Fla. beautiful breezy weather lately.
Great food & great quiet atmosphere makes this a local popular place to meet others.“

I particularly want to stand out one of the managers, Ms. Amparo. I had an issue with my offers, and she was kind, patient, and extremely helpful to assist me with my order. Thank you for having such a kind and professional employee!“

“i have a big problem with the breakfast sandwiches here, they could not physically make the egg any thinner if they wanted to which I'm sure they do. look at this picture, insulting and straight up ripoff. I'm rating 5 stars for the staff and because the sandwich is otherwise pretty good but get it together Panera“

“After recovering from the flu, I was craving their Chocolate chip chippers. I picked them up thru the drive thru and noticed when I got home that they were hard as a rock. I called and spoke to Manager, Jorge Santos and he took care of the issue quickly. He made me fresh soft baked cookies the way they usually are and apologized for the inconvenience. Now that's what I call, amazing customer service! Thank you Jorge Santos and the cookies are delicious.“

“Started going there after appointments at Baptist Health next door. I find this location to be quieter and more relaxing than some other locations. Food has always been fresh and great, service with a smile, and quite clean. A lot of business people eating and working on their portable devices. Very convenient just off Kendall Dr. and not to far from Krome Ave. so you can go north or south.“

“I had a couple gift cards from my job. After trying to order myself on the kiosk I was unable to get them to work. The manager then tried his best but couldn’t get it to work either. I was able to load it on my app and order through there and even taught the manager how it could be done to help future costumers“

“I love Panera bread! It is literally one of my places to dine in at FIU and in general. It is extremely hard to name my favorite dishes from the restaurant, but to mention some; the cheddar broccoli soup and the chipotle chicken avocado melt are amazing. Their salads are soo good, it’s just hard to pick one as my favorite, but definitely try the Cobb salad, Baja bowl with chicken, and bbq chicken salad. As for drinks, I would recommend the iced cinnamon crunch latte, Madagascar vanilla latte, and Fuji apple cranberry“
