The bakery items are great. But, I’m a customer of your bakery in Little Havana on Sw 8th street. You are sitting on a gold mine but you REALLY REALLY need more cashiers and more help behind the counter. I was just there to pickup last minute party platters. There was a line. The pastries are very delicious. However, the service is slow.All of the servers are ladies who do not speak any English, and they are over 50 years old. These old ladies act like they are terrified of the manager. The manager has a big attitude.Very odd relationships going on here. Very antiquated system. The employees are not allowed to ring up anything at the register, so that contributes to the slow service.

When I come here I feel like Willie Wonka in the chocolate factory. I just want one of everything. One guava pastry, 2 guava and cheese, 3 ham and cheese please. The flakes just fall all over me and the car like snow and it’s ok cause I’m eating and driving. Don’t get me started on the coffee…cafe con leche with sugar or not (the hardest question of the day). The best Cuban bread too. When are you going to open up one in Palm Beach?
