This bakery here is really good and fresh just the way I and everyone else should like it also . Party Cake Bakery is a spacious bakery with a pleasant interior, offering a wide variety of selections including desserts. Their Mest Pastelitos are a highlight, although they often sell out quickly. The bakery also serves a Cuban sandwich and a cream cheese and guava pastry, which is absolutely delicious. The toasted Cuban bread with eggs and bacon is a must-try, along with American or Italian espresso coffee drinks. The croquetas are good and tasty when fresh, and the cheese pastelitos are a favorite. While the bakery needs to update their open hours, the cakes are good, with the pan de bono being a decent option. The location is busy, and the service is very good, though some items like empanadas can be greasy. A must for anyone traveling to the Airport/Doral area.
