Very good food. Good amount of food.
These guys are awesome and the food is great!! I'm always there. I was surprised to see the ratings this low.
Nathanael is one heck of a good cashier,

They all work excellently and with positive attitude. :)
...and those too, that patiently stand outside taking orders, such as Kimberly.

Pollo Tropical is a restaurant that offers catering services, with staff who are praised for their great customer service and helpfulness. Many customers have noted that the staff is very responsive and hands-on, making it a popular choice for regular visits. However, there have been complaints about dry chicken and rice, insufficient beans in some meals, and issues with cleanliness in the dining area. The manager is recognized for her professionalism and suggestions for additional items. While the atmosphere is described as family-friendly, some customers have mentioned discomfort due to heat in the dining area and restrooms. Overall, Pollo Tropical aims to provide a positive dining experience for its guests.
