It's fast food, at a good price. The premises are very simple. The one I visited had the bins full, so when you go to leave your tray it is not so easy. The drink offering is very good. They have expanded their offering of dishes as well.
Pollo Tropical is consistently one of the better fast food choices in Miami. This location is pretty decent, large, clean, well lit, and delivered food as tasty as the other locations I've been to. They're usually consistent. Service here could've been a little better/warmer/friendlier like offering sauces, etc. There was no toilet paper in the rest room. That all notwithstanding, I'd still

When I arrived there was a line everywhere, and the guys finished it in less than an hour, the service was excellent and the food was very delicious and well prepared, my mother, my husband and I went on Saturday 10/8/24 at 7 p.m. ,tremendous harmony to work with, tremendous work team, congratulations boys and girls, I ordered food for the table, I ordered three tropical trio, I recommend it, it is exquisite, thank you all and congratulations
