Rays Cakes makes the best Haitian cakes. I went there two day away from my son’s 2nd birthday and the cake was ready on time. One of the best cakes that I’ve had in a a while. I ordered the vanilla cake and a dozen rum cupcakes. Delicious I tell you. Very reasonable in prices. I highly recommend them.
