This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.
We ordered a pitcher of beer that was served warm. After requesting ice, it took over 30 minutes to arrive. We then placed our food order, only to be told 30 minutes later that the item we ordered was out of stock.
After reordering we waited an hour for the replacement to arrive and it never did. We had no choice but to leave.
