Maybe if you paid your workers a better wage me and 4 other people in line doesn’t have to wait 20 minutes to place an order. Hire more workers. At least we had chairs to sit while we waited.
the food was okay , the customer service was horrible though , i placed a mobile order at 12:20 and walked into the store at 12:35 , i tell her i have a pickup order and she says she hasn't made it yet , i was understandable as there were a few other people at the store , then she proceeds to tell her co-worker in spanish (which i speak) " ni dan 5 minutos para la orden " which translates to "didn't even give 5 minutes for the order " then laughed
