“We visited this restaurant to order takeout at around 5:30–6:00 p.m. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
The late afternoon sun was shining directly through the windows, creating a strong glare on the ordering kiosk. The screen was extremely difficult to read. We politely asked the staff twice if they could lower the window blinds, but nothing happened. Eventually, one female employee came over, but instead of lowering the blinds, she simply helped us navigate the screen.
After finally placing our order, we waited inside for our food. The sun continued to shine directly on us, making the waiting area very hot and uncomfortable. Throughout the entire time, no one made any effort to lower the blinds, even though it would have taken only a few seconds and would have greatly improved the experience for everyone.
This wasn’t about asking for special treatment—it was simply a small, reasonable request that could have made a big difference. I hope the management will pay more attention to customer comfort in the future.“

“*EDIT* looks like they closed the inside, I think it’s pickup/delivery only now :( This food hall is nice because it isn’t only the vendors you see on the inside; the kiosks let you choose from menus of lots of places that have so many vegan options within the food hall. Vegan options include grain bowls/salads, impossible beef, tofu, cauliflower wings, poke bowls, Mediterranean, Mac n cheese, and desserts.
