I do not eat much meat, so I opted for the robust charcuterie, seafood, salad bar and hot bar options, which cost half the price of the meat meal. The best ranch dressing, tasted homemade with buttermilk. My guest ate nothing but beef and lamb, enjoying well, medium, and rare preparations. Our server and hostess were amazing. We got 6 selections of spades during our experience there, 3 were meat and the other pork and chicken, we were expecting more selection of meat, we didn't get any ribeye or sirloin, just picaña and mignon... The rest was just ok; nothing special.

I still enjoy going to Texas De Brazil, but I can honestly say that the quality overall of the food seems to have slipped a little bit, while prices are up. Maybe this is a sign of the times, but I recall several years ago a better experience.
