I’ve been coming to B100M for almost 2 years. It’s a beautiful space to eat, work or just have a coffee or matcha. They have a variety of food and beverages to select from and everything is made fresh. Almatcha has specialty coffee and ceremonial grade matcha. The coco matcha is my favorite!

The B100M (The Bloom) is a beautiful space to eat, work, or just have a coffee or matcha. It offers a variety of food and beverages, and everything is made fresh. Almatcha has specialty coffee and ceremonial grade matcha, and the Coco Matcha is a favorite. The space has tons of seating, stunning decor, and an open kitchen concept where you can see the food made right in front of you. There is also a nice bar.
The sushi is great and comes out fast. Sushi Yasu Tanaka, now at a second location inside The B100M, is by far the best sushi deal in town when it comes to quality and price. The seaweed salad, 10-piece Omakase, and spicy scallop hand roll are outstanding. The pastrami sandwich and polenta fries are rich, shareable, and feel like a special treat. A Domenica event featured unlimited mimosas, small plates like tapas, and live musicians singing in Italian. The service is very good, friendly, and excellent, and the ambiance is calm yet elegant. A must visit.
