What makes the little sushi shop special to me other than being a small business hole in the wall, is that the food is all superb. I went out of my way to get the attached photos from the owners to show them at their best. But not pictured, and that which can only be read, are my favorite dishes:

Had a great experience at this local gem. Coco took care of us from the minute we sat down and made us feel at home. Chef Ronnie served us delicious magic all night.

The Little Sushi Shop is a small business hole in the wall that is a local gem and a best-kept secret. The staff are all amazing and provide excellent service. Chef Ronnie and Coco make the experience memorable, taking care of guests from the minute they sit down and making them feel at home. The space is intimate, cozy, and framed entirely around bar seating, with dim lights and the low murmur of conversation. The food is all superb and everything ordered is top-notch quality. The menu has variety, and every single bite is absolutely delicious. Favorite dishes include the chicken katsu, chicken sando, carpaccio, gyoza, and the hamachi roasted jalapeño roll. The katsu curry is delicious and the sushi is super fresh. It is bold for such a small sushi shop to make such excellent dishes like katsu, ramen, and chicken sandwiches, but the team crushes these. The value in terms of service and quality is very hard to beat. The Little Sushi Shop also offers accommodations towards a wheat allergy, which is rare. It is a new favorite destination and a spot that is definitely one to have on your list in Miami.
