Wendy's in Miami

“This is in my view, the best Wendys in South Florida. The staff is kind, the area is new and the managers are always accomodating. I am only giving it 4 stars because there is room for improvement, as the staff often fails to attend to guests who are dining in. They get real busy at the drivethru and often disregard dine in service. This translates to long lines, frustrated custumers and dirty tables. Furthermore, there is always a guest in attendance who screams randomly and disturbs others in the dining floor and goes unwarned. I believe if these things are attended to, this Wendys will be almost flawless. Having said that, great cheap spot to unwind and eat classic amercan food, fast.“

“First time eating Wendy's since COVID. The venue was clean, service was great. The kiosk took a while to navigate, nevertheless, the meal was worth it. Enjoy the Frosty. After all, what's a Wendy's meal without a nice cold delicious Frosty. Try it.“

“Went here because I was super early for my doctor's appointment. At a Cobb salad with no chicken. The food is presented a little bit better than other competitors like BK and McDonald's. The dining room has a very good modern but homey vibe. If you are near Jackson Memorial Hospital, this is super close and a good option.“

“Great Wendy’s stop! We had coupons for a junior frosty from our library. The staff was very courteous greeting the kids as I walked in. Everything is clean and well stocked. The bathrooms were clean and easy to request access. Great coffee!“

“I ordered thru the app to get my breakfast. Went thru the drive thru and told them my name and my food was ready for pick up. I ordered the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. Whenever I get a chance I order this sandwich because it’s just so freaking good. The hot juicy chicken with the honey biscuit all blended together is something amazing.“

“They have an employee by the name of Mathew" he has a great attitude he is very helpful and very respectful. Thanks to people like him make me want to come back. I observed him while I was having my lunch and he didn't stop working around to make sure the store was clean then headed to the kitchen to help restocke btw he's a great frienly catchier. “BEST WENDY’S IN MIAMI!! The staff here is incredibly sweet ? The food is ALWAYS on point even at 3 in the morning which is when I usually go (after work).

“The manager in charge of that store #1708, Lumey was excellent. She was kind, friendly and great customer service. Lumey really knows how to take care of her customers as well as her store. Keep up the great job Lumey, more managers like you are needed.“

“Just decided to go to breakfast and try the new biscuit sandwiches and were very surprised. Do not normally go to the fast food burger places. Enjoyed it quite a bit. Had all of the sandwiches and the coffee was surprisingly good. The biggest surprise was that everyone spoke English. Thanks!🇺🇸“

“Best late night Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. Best part, my order came out correct and these are some of the best tasting fries I’ve had in a very long time from any fast food place.

“Fresh food always. You don't have to worry about them messing up your order. Great place to grab a quick meal. They also have good fresh salads. However, that blueberry pomegranate lemonade is not something I would recommend.

Dietary restrictions: I can't eat dairy so NO CHEESE EVER. They always get my order right.“

“I enjoy Wendy’s as one of my choices of fast food restaurants. We went through the drive through recently and it was easy to enter and to pay and leave.

We tried their advertised salted caramel frosty and WOW, it was amazing. Often when they introduce new items I have enjoyed trying them and this one is definitely one of them.

Overall this Wendy’s location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. I have never had any problems. Staff is always friendly.“

“They Don have kids meals. We walked all the way from the other side of the airport as kids wanted wendy's. We end up getting them the regular burgers witch was not bad.

But we had to wait for around 10 minutes to get our order ready.“

“The meals we received at the drive-thru was not what we had ordered (which we did not discover until we got home with the food). The confusion could not have been because the restaurant was busy as we were the second and last car in line at the drive-thru. Nonetheless, the meals we did receive in our bags were good. And for the love of God, Wendy's, PLEASE stop replacing vanilla Frosties with seasonal flavors (strawberry in summer, pumpkin spice in fall, and peppermint at the holidays)!!!! “This place was super dead but I’m not sure why. The employees were nice and friendly and the food was super quick. The restaurant was decorated old fashioned but was clean. Overall the food was inexpensive and hot! Only complaint was that there was nothing in the condiment section but the employees were more than happy to supply us with all the sauces and condiments we needed.“

“Clean place, the staff were polite, and friendly. There was no wait time. They did forget to put my cookie in & add cheese to my chili, but it’s okay as long as they’re helpful & friendly while fixing a small error. They made my chili really good though; I asked for less beans & they made it perfect. Overall I am very pleased.“

“The go to fast food chain for our family as we have younger kids and the food quality is better than others. The fact that you can get a fresh salad there alone is great for parents to keep happy and still take care of the kids.This location offered some interesting local flair when ordering. Being near little, Havana, you have a large Latin population. The staff was friendly, but there were some minor translation errors when ordering. The food meets quality standards, and the issue with the order was minor.“

“I always like the food that Wendy's has. The burgers are really good for fast food. They also have really good chili. I also really like the baked potato. The service is also really good. I haven't had any problems with the service. If you get the app they have really good deals. The deals are always a lot less and you get a lot more. You also get rewards.“

“Simple burguer combo was ok. The attention of the cashier was not good. She was rude, not smile at all, not gentle. She must do another kind of job, not costumer service. So you can identify her, she wears a cloth on her dyed hair, and is a mature person, with an eastern european accent.I give details of that person because I dont want to put the same qualification to another team member.“

“My go-to in a hurry. Food is good, and they get you in and out quickly. This day wasn't the best, but there were many younger employees working whom I assume don't have a lot of attention to detail. It was still very good.

Parking: There are parking spaces on each side of the location, so there are plenty of convenient parking spaces.“

She took the time to ensure my order was perfect, patiently answering my questions and making thoughtful recommendations. “The meals are very good, the only thing I would like to change is that they do not try to deceive the customer. If you order a combo, they ask how many meats you want? The correct thing is to tell the customer that they want to increase their order with an extra meat but the price of the burger will vary. Because I saw several people super upset about the same thing.“

“I come almost every morning and wanted to comment they are exceptional in keeping the food fresh and deliver it directly from the oven. My favortie is egg & cheese biscuits. No other Wendys Burger King or Mcdonalds make it tasteful and fresh like this Wendys location. I have seen customer give them problems more than they had problem with any order. By there customer service and taking there time to make my order fresh they won me as a customer. It has been a year they have provided exceptional service for me. Dont let negative customers influence the service of this Wendys. They give their best everyday and I hope this staff gets a bonus and a gift card from corporate. thank you manager of this morning Cynthia“

“The service was great, one of the employees there is kind of miserable at night but besides that the other employees are helpful and the food comes out pretty quickly and it's always good at Wendy's.

Parking: No power outlets in the dining room at all to charge your phone, very inconvenient if your trying to use the app or if your using a digital way to pay.

Kid-friendliness: Not the best area of town“

“The staff here were very nice and I was appreciative that there were ample outlets so I could charge my phone and scooter while having lunch. The restaurant has two bathrooms. Both are well maintained and designated as family restrooms, so customers can have privacy—first time I’ve seen this in a fast food restaurant, but it’s a great idea

Vegetarian options: If you were looking for vegan or vegetarian options, try the (loaded) baked potato, curry bean burger, DIY tortilla wrap, DIY veggie burger, apple pecan salad w/o meat, taco salad w/o chili, natural-cut fries, apple or fruit slices, etc…

Dietary restrictions: I like Wendy’s, for the fact that it has more options, catering to various dietary restrictions, in comparison to most fast food restaurants. If you were vegetarian, try the baked potato, it’s delicious.

Parking: There is ample parking located on both the south and north side of the building

Kid-friendliness: The staff was friendly to me, so I don’t see why they wouldn’t be friendly to kids

Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to ride my folding scooter right up to the entrance door so I believe no one should have a problem entering in a wheelchair“
