“Just decided to go to breakfast and try the new biscuit sandwiches and were very surprised. Do not normally go to the fast food burger places. Enjoyed it quite a bit. Had all of the sandwiches and the coffee was surprisingly good. The biggest surprise was that everyone spoke English. Thanks!🇺🇸“
“Went here because I was super early for my doctor's appointment. At a Cobb salad with no chicken. The food is presented a little bit better than other competitors like BK and McDonald's. The dining room has a very good modern but homey vibe. If you are near Jackson Memorial Hospital, this is super close and a good option.“

“Great Wendy’s stop! We had coupons for a junior frosty from our library. The staff was very courteous greeting the kids as I walked in. Everything is clean and well stocked. The bathrooms were clean and easy to request access. Great coffee!“
“Fresh food always. You don't have to worry about them messing up your order. Great place to grab a quick meal. They also have good fresh salads. However, that blueberry pomegranate lemonade is not something I would recommend.
Dietary restrictions: I can't eat dairy so NO CHEESE EVER. They always get my order right.“
“I order a baked potato with sour cream and butter and a double stack with no cheese the sandwich was old and not fresh and very hard like it's been sitting there for a long time and the bake potato was was burnt on the bottom and the skin of tge baked potato was tough my meal for my lunch was disgusting and called 4 times now pick up the phone I left them a message you guys need to get it together noooo one wants to buy food that not fresh but old and he'll you should not give customers bad food“
“I was greeted by a kind young man with blonde hair who had amazing customer service and when I asked him to add some items to my order I had forgotten at the window he was happy to help, rarely do I ever come across customer service workers who greet customers with kindness and a great attitude and my entire order was correct and the food was very fresh 👍“

“They have an employee by the name of Mathew" he has a great attitude he is very helpful and very respectful. Thanks to people like him make me want to come back. “I visited this Wendy’s around 2 PM while at the airport. The staff did their job perfectly and were efficient, even with a group of six of us ordering. We got our food in about 5 minutes, which was great. There wasn’t a sitting area, but that’s typical for an airport, and sitting near our gate worked just fine. It was easy to find, and I’d recommend it for a meal while traveling. No complaints at all.“

“I always like the food that Wendy's has. The burgers are really good for fast food. They also have really good chili. I also really like the baked potato. The service is also really good. I haven't had any problems with the service. If you get the app they have really good deals. The deals are always a lot less and you get a lot more. You also get rewards.“
“In mi 20 Years living in Florida I must say that this is the most flawless Wendy's I've ever visited. Floors are impeccable, tables, restrooms, counters. “I enjoy Wendy’s as one of my choices of fast food restaurants. We went through the drive through recently and it was easy to enter and to pay and leave.
We tried their advertised salted caramel frosty and WOW, it was amazing. Often when they introduce new items I have enjoyed trying them and this one is definitely one of them.
Overall this Wendy’s location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. I have never had any problems. Staff is always friendly.“
“This place was super dead but I’m not sure why. The employees were nice and friendly and the food was super quick. The restaurant was decorated old fashioned but was clean. Overall the food was inexpensive and hot! Only complaint was that there was nothing in the condiment section but the employees were more than happy to supply us with all the sauces and condiments we needed.“

“Simple burguer combo was ok. The attention of the cashier was not good. She was rude, not smile at all, not gentle. She must do another kind of job, not costumer service. So you can identify her, she wears a cloth on her dyed hair, and is a mature person, with an eastern european accent.I give details of that person because I dont want to put the same qualification to another team member.“

Being near little, Havana, you have a large Latin population. The staff was friendly, but there were some minor translation errors when ordering. The food meets quality standards, and the issue with the order was minor.“
“The meals are very good, the only thing I would like to change is that they do not try to deceive the customer. If you order a combo, they ask how many meats you want? The correct thing is to tell the customer that they want to increase their order with an extra meat but the price of the burger will vary. Because I saw several people super upset about the same thing.“

“I passed by on 12/17/25 at 4:44 p.m. My three teens were hungry and we had a long drive home. We entered to order and everything was clean. We washed our hands and the restroom was also very clean.

“My go-to in a hurry. Food is good, and they get you in and out quickly. This day wasn't the best, but there were many younger employees working whom I assume don't have a lot of attention to detail. It was still very good.
Parking: There are parking spaces on each side of the location, so there are plenty of convenient parking spaces.“

“I come almost every morning and wanted to comment they are exceptional in keeping the food fresh and deliver it directly from the oven. My favortie is egg & cheese biscuits. No other Wendys Burger King or Mcdonalds make it tasteful and fresh like this Wendys location. I have seen customer give them problems more than they had problem with any order. By there customer service and taking there time to make my order fresh they won me as a customer. It has been a year they have provided exceptional service for me. Dont let negative customers influence the service of this Wendys.
