Wendy's is a restaurant that offers a mix of good and bad experiences. Some visitors have reported poor service, with one reviewer encountering a misunderstanding with a drive-thru employee who didn't understand their question. However, others have had positive experiences, praising the friendly and respectful atmosphere, efficient drive-thru, and fresh food. Despite initial doubts about the quality of their food, a reviewer who tried the restaurant after a negative experience in the past found their recent visit to be a huge improvement, with no complaints about the food or service. Overall, Wendy's seems to have made efforts to improve, but some inconsistencies remain.
