“Food was great. Our server picked our dishes. He had the kitchen make a dish that wasnt normally gluten free - gluten free for my wife. He picked our wine pairing too and did a great job. Only complaint was the noise level was pretty high but it was Saturday night before the Heat game.“

The pizza is crispy and fresh out of the oven. It was a great meal. We had a friendly and knowledgeable, waitress named Kelsey. On the way out, we met the owner Luis. He was very friendly and took the time to talk about their restaurants and all the other locations they had. We will definitely be back.“

“The concept and the ambiance its awesome. The vibes and the people were great too, its open space so be prepared to bring a fan cause the crowd can get hot. Only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom situation as the trailers are small and tight, also a bathroom attendant would be great to keep re stocking as needed. Take into consideration that there's a free parking lot that get full pretty easy so after that you can only park on the street or right next to the train racks. It can get a little sketchy so try not to be alone when leaving the establishment“

“OMG this is a hidden gem. Quaint little fish market with about 15 tables. Everything we tried was excellent. Owners and waiters were attentive.

I had grilled Hogfish fillets with fried yuca and sweet plantains. My wife had mahi tacos and both meals were excellent (just like in the keys).

There was live music (very tasteful classical Cuban music at a reasonable sound level easily allowing my wife and I to converse) setting a nice ambiance for an impromptu date night.“

We ordered the bone-in ribeye, bone-in filet mignon, and pan-seared scallops — all delicious. The food took a bit longer than expected, likely because it was Valentine’s Day and very busy. Manager Diego Adrianzen stepped in, took care of our table, and made sure everything came out promptly. The Capital Grille is a bit pricier than some places, but you definitely get what you pay for in quality and service.“
