“Fantastic first experience, Daniela was a great server. She had a great energy and gave perfect recommendations. The tuna tostones were literally perfect. We shared four of the smaller plates between two people and then had the cookie ice cream, with espresso. The manchego croquetas , gyoza and ropa vieja bao buns were all delicious. The unsanctioned Pinot white wine was also very good. Will 100% be back for more.“

“Amazing food and wonderful service! Our waiter was incredibly attentive (I wish I remembered his name). My mom prefers her salmon very well done, and although we hadn’t been specific, Ryan personally came to our table to apologize, which truly wasn’t necessary, not they’re fault at all. He handled it so kindly and professionally, made sure the salmon was cooked exactly how she liked it, and even checked back after she tried it. The care and attention really stood out. Highly recommend this restaurant, we will definitely be back when in the area.“

I didn't know much about vermouth so I enjoyed the flight and knowledge of the bartender. not sure why theres so many low reviews, I had an amazing experience here. Very personable staff that customized the experience to my preferences. If you like vermouth or are looking to try something different this is a nice place to kill an hour at. Tasting with 4 vermouths was $20 and the pours were generous“

I have a gluten allergy, and the kitchen is great about accommodating my restrictions and making adjustments to my meal as needed. The drinks are amazing, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. The service is perfect every time we go. Everyone who works there is attentive and kind, but one server in particular, Alex, always goes above and beyond for us. “This was unexpected surprise for a hotel Restaurant. We were staying in a nearby hotel with no restaurant and we’re able to walk to this one. My wife had the shrimp salad sliders and I had a bowl with Carnitas. Both were excellent. I got more pico and it made the bowl even better by doubling the pico. My wife had the aperol spritz. She thoroughly enjoyed it and was amazed how good it was compared to what she expected. Our server, Dani, was also excellent!“

“Beautiful, intimate bar inside an iconic hotel. The martinis especially La Mitad were dry, icy cold and quickly served. The shrimp and crab Louis came with an excellent sauce and the shrimp were snappy and succulent. Shoestring fries also a hit. While I wish for an old school waitstaff that is a touch more polished and serious given the old world feel is this place I’m afraid the bar crowd is also a bit lacking in decorum. It’s absolutely worth a visit just to soak in the splendor of this magnificent hotel.“
