Subway in Middleburg

“Cait was our hostess and on site manager and we were shocked at how hospitable, kind, efficient and friendly she was. In a world where hospitality is far diminished from what it used to be, it was a pleasure to be greeted and treated with such care and obvious joy in taking care of people. Our meal was fresh, well presented and put together, carefully packaged with a reminder to hold the bottom of the bag and it was delicious! Caitlin smiled on our way out and said she see us next time! She absolutely will, she's a gem!“

“Returning customer and came in and there was a new girl who was very nice and could carry on a friendly conversation while making my food, she made coming to subway a very friendly and fun experience, she was really good about exactly how much sauce and toppings I wanted and you could tell she is a good worker, would return just for her customer service. I think her name was Lisa or something like that she had braids in her hair and looked like she might have been in her 20’s“

“Went in about 9:20 pm on 5/11, Jarod was working. Even though it was late and we had 3 subs to order, he was very friendly. He made our subs like he would want them made. I appreciated the placement of the foods on all the subs. Sometimes we get them and most of the foods end up falling off. Thanks Jarod, for all your work. “Very convenient friendly staff, food you can trust and very reasonable in price. The only thing I don't like about it as you have to stand in line to make your order and being disabled it's hard for me to stand for any long time and at times the lines are very long because of a shortage of staff.“
