“I was helped a few days ago by a kind young woman named Brielle. This young lady was very enthusiastic and definitely changed my mood. I’m deaf so ordering fast food can be a hassle at times. When it came to be my turn to order I let her know that Im deaf. She without a second thought went and got me a pen and some paper so I could able to tell her what I would like. Normally people get frustrated with me but she kept a positive attitude and a smile on her face the whole time.“
“I really feel like the manager of the subway needs to be recognized for her exceptional customer service!! I’m not sure how long she has been the manager but I haven’t been back to this subway in over a year. Last week I placed a order online for pick up, got to the store and figured out I ordered it to the incorrect location. The manager was busy doing paperwork and stopped what she was doing and genuinely wanted to help! She actually called the location to cancel my order for me, and reorder it in the store. The manager of the incorrect location (subway in Walmart) was not able to cancel the order (no manager on site). The manager offered to stop by the other subway on her way home that night, to process the cancellation for my order and issue the refund so it was taken care of the right way! I can not say enough good things about her. What a way to go up and beyond for a customer who was the one who made the mistake and ordered to the wrong location! I did a pickup order today, and the subs were fresh, the bread is fresh and you can tell she runs that store with passion! & CLEAN! I believe this manager should be promoted!“

“Great place to get a sandwich but the prices are pretty high these days. Use the app as much as you can for rewards and deals.The guy behind the counter was pretty cool and nice. I don’t usually do but glad I stopped in here to grab a sandwich.“
