Subway in Eustis

“I love this Subway, it has all my favorite employees! Kloee has the best customer service, she always makes sure you get what you ordered, and Alyssa is super sweet and welcoming. Overall it's a great spot to grab some lunch and stick around for a while. An inviting atmosphere with great employees! Best Subway around.“

“Chayeh waited on us, making our subs. He washed his hands before and after waiting on us. We ate our meal inside the restaurant, and listened to his interactions with other customers. He was kind, patient, and professional. He knew how to inform people he couldn’t do something that was outside of policy. He was particularly patient with a customer who was not patient. He is a credit to the organization.“

“Have not been to a Subway in a long time, especially this location and thought this sounded good for lunch. I put my order in online for pickup today.

When I entered the store, it was very busy, but I was greeted warmly and went directly to the pickup counter for my order. The gentleman working on a sandwich asked if I was there for a pickup and my name. He stated that my order was the next one he was doing.

I did not have a problem waiting and took a seat till my sandwich was ready. The two employees on today, a woman and a man (so wish I had gotten their names) were working so hard but their attitudes were so warm and friendly! They were patient, friendly, funny, and they did not sweat the people coming and they worked fantastic with one another.

The woman took over making my sandwich and I have to say, she did a wonderful job! My sandwich was made exactly how I ordered it AND, for my wait she gave me two cookies.

When I left, I was told to have a blessed day by both employees (absolutely LOVE that! We need more of that!) and they were onto the next orders.

When I got to work and had my sandwich, it was so yummy! So worth the drive over for this. But what really made it great were the two employees today who did a fantastic job, were patient, and made sure that everyone who came in felt welcome and was taken care of. This is exactly the reason why I would come back to this location.
