“Megan, the store manager at the garcon point road new location went above and beyond for my family today. Our Online order got mixed up due to picking the wrong store and she QUICKLY helped get a new order in and handled the whole thing so professionally and with a smile on her face. We were all so impressed with the care she gave us and grateful appreciated how helpful she was. We love waffle house and this is our new favorite spot that we will be eating at from now on!

“The night time service & food was real good but the breakfast crew the next morning was a diff story. Service was ok but the waffle was awful, it was flat & had some runny dough left in the middle. I'd rather had on the more firm side. And what restaurant doesn't have fresh fruit of any kind? Waffle House, sad no fresh fruit.“

“We had dinner at this location. After working a long days work the staff was wonderful. The food was delicious just being nice to your guest. Makes the food much better. I do recommend going to this location the night staff they are wonderful. They had great vibes make you want to go above and beyond and tip greatly.“
