The Dunkin in Minneola Fl is terrible. I ordered donuts on the app. After waiting 20 minutes for the 3 cars to be served I find out they have none of the donuts I ordered and paid for. The only way to get a refund was to go back the next day. That is unacceptable. If I pay for something and it cannot be provided then a refund should have been given. Next time I’ll go to Donut King
l literally go to this location almost everyday. And today I've decided to make it my last! They are slow; and make mistakes often. I am a very patient person; but today I waited 22 minutes to just place the other and of course they jacked it up! Order was completely wrong. I ordered my regular a ice mocha coffee the same way I always do. They had no ice and They added no sugar! I know that this is a small deal; but I am tired of spending my money with businesses that don't value...read full review
Service at this location is horrible. Slow and not very courteous.
Mess up orders constantly.
This morning the woman wanted to argue with me on the drive thru speaker. I drove off and didn’t bother with the order and I’ll never be back.
If this is the best this dunking donuts can, maybe they should shut down!!!!
