What actually concerned me that the woman's bathroom soap dispenser was not working.
Once again my food is not correct. The reciept shows what I ordered, at an extra cost, but that is not what I received. This happens every time here, except when the regional manager was here laying into all the employees.
3rd visit to this location- they rush you to order, then get it wrong. I'm probably nicer than average to food service employees, servers, etc (I've done it so I empathize) but honestly it's fast food breakfast, donuts and coffee... it doesn't get much easier than that. So if the same guest has their order wrong multiple times that means they're not the only one and it's a management & personnel problem. There are 3 Dunkin locations in town, I prefer this one because it's closest...read full review
