They forgot a Crunchwrap in the bag and under filled the nacho fries. The Crunchwrap the did give us only a a single piece of chicken and was also under filled on everything else.

I've tried giving this location a few chances over a few months because I understand the high turnover rate at fast food places so not everyone is gonna be good/well situated in their role But this is just one of those locations where it's never good. Never been good. Doubt it'll ever get good. Guaranteed to messily make the food, skimp, skip ingredients (if they ran out, then no communication)forget basic things in the bag like napkins or sauce. Every. single. time. Avoid this location if you can. It's always disappointing.

Last time I come here ! I live close by but I will drive miles to another location because how bad the service and food is here. It’s not just this time either. Every time I come to this location something is either wrong with the order or they just don’t care. Pic for example. It’s suppose to be black bean taco . Can’t even say what it looks like.

Ordered online and was told the pickup time would be 8:18 pm. At 9 pm we were still inside waiting for an online order placed at 8 pm. I understand being busy and large orders but an hour for fast food tacos is ridiculous!! More workers standing around than actually working. Management needs to step in and fix this place!! If you are looking for a typical Taco Bell with somewhat fast service, this isn’t NOT the place to go to! We were asked 2 times in the time we were waiting the name of the order we were waiting for. Other than that, no interaction and no apology for the wait!! Just rude and inconsiderate staff.

Drive through order 3 soft taco supreme combo. I added a crunch wrap supreme combo received was plain soft tacos barely fixed, the added crunch wrap had no tomatoes or sour cream and barely any meat.

We stopped for to go order Thursday. We ordered and then were told they had no beans? Server was rude and not accommodating. Got home and discovered our supreme taco had no sour cream. Store was filthy.

For once!!! I got a good, fresh and nice portioned meal! It’s very hard to find a good Taco Bell but whoever the guy was in the glasses making food, that’s pride! Keep it up!

My favorite dishes are supreme chalupa replacing meat with potato. Also like cheese quesadillas and Fries.
Vegetarian options: Letus ,fried potatoes and green vegetables tacos Barritos black beans rice and cheesy potato’s.
I worked here for about 2 months they are disgusting nobody in there washes their hands before they put on gloves ive seen them grab money with their gloves and go use the same pair to make someones food. They also do not properly clean at night food gets swept away where it cant be seen, the lobby never gets cleaned and the line where they make your food has roaches crawling everywhere in the morning because they dont clean properly at night leaving chips and food everywhere and if they drop your food as long as you dont see it they do pick up and throw it in the bag ive seen it twice.

0 out of 10…I DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND this Taco Bell! When you pull up to pay, the manager stands there with pink eye. I don’t want to catch that nasty mess so I pull around and went inside to order. The place is absolutely disgusting! I WALKED OUT AND DROVE TO THE OTHER STORE!!! I saw roaches crawling around up under the soda machines and the floor is so nasty it’s sticky! I’m honestly surprised this place hasn’t been shut down! I’m also filing a complaint with the health department!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!

Went to pick up my order through drive through and was told I must wait 20 minutes till the order is received by them even though it says on my app that they have received the order. I was then told o can either cancel it or wait till the time I have on the app. I was in a hurry because I only have 30 min as it is for lunch. This has never been an issue before. I don’t know what changed or who changed there rules but this is super inconvenient. It said specifically and always has worked to go to the drive true when I get there and say my name and they'd typically just go ahead and make it. But all of a sudden for whatever reason they no longer get the order when it is made online. Bad all around.
