Placed a DoorDash order for this place, ordered a 4 drink pack and didn’t get the right drinks, and ordered a meal for two plus a lot of sauce and got about 7 sauces in total after asking for a handful of each. The food quality was especially bad, each time I’ve ordered from this location its like if a half-assed job could get done half-assed, and they’ve done exactly this

I feel silly writing a review about Taco Bell , but people need to know to save their money/ time and avoid this store. Management is extremely rude and gives out false promises to their customers. The previous manager said to come back and they would refund me and remake my meal with “free additions on the house” and “free taco cards” since my meal was 95% wrong with missing items and a flat beverage with no ice. Nice, right? Wrong. When I came back , the manager on duty met me with attitude. She directed me to the girl (who said she was the manager previously..) who then said they actually couldn’t do that for me. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me. I’ve never had “leadership” refuse such a thing. Awful customer service. You’re better off pretending this store doesn’t exist and just drive on by.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Prioritize drive thru over inside. I watch 15 orders go through drive thru while I waited inside for 40 min before writing this. I’m actually still waiting. It’s just a game to see how long. And yes I have said something to lady at the front. Now the main question is will the mess up my order. Let’s find out. Annnnnd they got it wrong. In total is 48 minutes. 2 different people at the counter, the order was made incorrectly and a total of 18 drive thru orders were sent out before mine did.

I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch, a chicken quesadilla, chips and cheese, and two other items. I got a hard taco instead of the ordinary crunch and my quesadilla was folded in half and mutilated. There is a 50% chance that the employees can get my order correct and give out presentable food. This is definitely an employee problem and they can't seem to keep the good ones.
Went here Saturday night.there was customer complaining about how long it took to make his food and it was cold when he got it. He had to wait to get his money refunded. Everybody just standing around.doordash person was waiting 25 minutes, said they were taking care of drive through first before the customers. I waited 10 minutes, no body to take my order.just walked out. Never go to this taco bell again.

I only live 5 minutes away from this Taco Bell, but I'd rather drive to another location for better service. I've visited this location on multiple times, and the service is horrible. They have a group of unsupervised young people just hanging around and not serving the customers. On few occasions, while ordering to go, they gave me an incomplete order. Another time, I ordered the quesadilla without jalapeño sauce and they delivered it with the sauce. On another visit, I was dining in and there was an anxious elderly person having trouble placing her order at the kiosk, and no one was around to help her because they were being just talking and having fun, they just stood by the drive thru window and in the back. This store has no service at all. At the drive-thru, you can see the cars just leaving because it took so long to take their orders. Imagine a group of unsupervised young people having a good time; they just don't care. don't waste your time and visit another location.

They refuse to put any cheese on tacos. So the other day I asked for extra cheese. They charged me .80$ per taco. And then the meat wasn't even seasoned.
